I was really impressed by OU. They had receivers running open all game and they just kicked OSU's tail. Mayfield was considerably better than Barrett.
Clemson's defense suffocated Auburn. 11 sacks and a lot more hits. Lamar Jackson was awesome in Chapel Hill today aside from one horrible pass, but Clemson is clearly the team to beat in the ACC.
Georgia/ND was fun. Southern Cal/Stanford was not. USC way better.
Iowa State played so well for 58 minutes and then so badly for 2+ minutes to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Iowa will still win games because the Big Ten west looks very pedestrian.
Michigan will go as far as their defense lets them. Their offense is not very good and is capable of giving away big plays and points. Penn State looked terrific.
Nebraska is a dumpster fire. Gave up 42 points and 400 yards in the first half in a game where it looked like both teams were point shaving.
TCU hammered Arkansas. It was a decent day for the Big 12.
Texas A&M, on a short week, barely got by Nicholls State.
Boise handling WSU in Pullman. Wazzu is just softer than Boise.
Lot of Florida games cancelled, and as mentioned, Miami/FSU already postponed for next week as TAllahassee prepares for Irma. The seasons for UM, UF, FSU, USF, and UCF are all just going to be thrown into total chaos now. FIU got their game in last night in Birmingham.
