Some other thoughts.
Nebraska is a dumpster fire on the verge of another AD/coach firing implosion. Tanner Lee made devastating mistakes today and the offensive line just got their butts kicked all over the field by the Northern Illinois defense. Nebraska was only in the game thanks to two terrible calls that swung the game 14 points from NIU and 14 to NU. Could have easily been a 31-10 type of game.
I didn't understand the LSU/Miss State game at all.
Clemson kicked UL's butt up in UL. Tigers looked dominant in all 3 phases of the game. With Miami and FSU both losing major amounts of practice as well as Francois gone for the year, Clemson is in the driver's seat in the ACC. Va Tech lit up a suddenly terrible East Carolina team. I usually love that rivalry game.
Michigan's defense/ST are great, but the offense trudges along.
UCLA scored 45 points, but Rosen made some terrible mistakes that hurt in a game where they needed all the points they could get.
Josh Allen and Wyoming got destroyed by Oregon. he was miserably overrated.
USC survives Texas after a wonky, wonderful go ahead drive by Texas in the 4th quarter. Fun game back and forth. Horns look a million times better than they did against Maryland. USC's athletes at skill positions are going to be tough to handle.
Wonderful throw by Florida to win that game after a clumsy, mistake filled game by both teams.
Pitt is dreadful this year after being a thrilling offensive team last year. Missouri is also dreadful. Kansas continues to amaze me at how horrible they are every single year (game not nearly as close as final score). That program won the Orange Bowl 10 years ago.
Night cap is Ole Miss at Cal. Rebels are just a shell of who they were with the paid players.
