Getting into the heart of conference play this week.
Clemson obliterated a terrible Boston College team last night and appears to be rounding into shape.
None of the North Carolina games were cancelled despite the ongoing flooding disaster in the state. NC State beat Notre Dame 10-3 in an old school game where the TD came on a blocked punt. Kelly went down with the proverbial ship, trying to throw the football. Painful to watch. Virginia Tech blowing out UNC in Chapel Hill. The Coastal Division is starting to show some strength. GT and Pitt both looked competent in an exciting game earlier.
Oklahoma over Texas in a crazy Big 12 game that Baker Mayfield almost gave away. The Sooners' big 3 of Westbrook (WR), Perine, and Mixon is as good of a skill position trio as their is in the country. Buchele made some nice throws for Texas but not enough.
Colorado coming back down to earth and USC stepping up to save their season perhaps.
Navy running all over Houston in the surprise of the day.
Tennessee again can't hold onto the football. Texas A&M looks top 5 good to me.
TCU barely snuck out of Kansas with a win. I have yet to be impressed with them. Iowa State playing well again today, leading Oklahoma State in the second half.
