OU upset by ISU at home. Absolutely unexpected to me. We’ll find out down the road how big of an impact this outcome was. I’m not really sure where I would put OU right now.
Michigan fell to MSU at night with pretty good rain In the 2nd half. I think they flashed 5-0 turnover difference in game. I know there was a big one at the end of the first half with the Wolverines driving for at least a FG attempt.
Miami with a thrilling win over FSU. Canes stay unbeaten while FSU’s lost season continues.
TCU with a later in game TD to get past WVU and remain unbeaten.
ND with easy win over a very down UNC team. But, considering the early close loss to UGA and MSU’s last two wins, I’m expecting them to bump a little in the rankings.
LSU squeaked by UF, reinforcing the gap between the upper tiers of the SEC. Auburn might be able to make it 3 teams.
NCSU won Thursday over Louisville. Good win for the Wolfpack, and continuing the Cardinals non-elite performance since last season’s early success. Don’t care for NCSU’s all black look, stick to team’s colors, especially when your opponent is the same type of offender.
WMU wins in 7 OT. Good for John, but ridiculous for me, prefer to go back to ties.
Speaking of OT, Gary’s Horns went to OT again picked up a win after their kicker had a difficult 4th quarter.
Presently, Stanford leads unbeaten Utah in the 4th.It is too late and can't blame Washington's coach (can't think at this time) has a point about the Huskies game times.
